The best thing I like about Pivot is the teachers that really care about you. And sometimes they are even funny. What I like about my EC is she really cares about me when I'm down or when I’m up. She cracks me up with her jokes and she helps me learn how to overcome all the stress that I had because I was always thinking I wouldn’t graduate. The flexibility has been lifesaving, especially this year. I don’t know how we would have managed to give enough support with two full-time working parents if our son’s schedule hadn’t been so flexible. My son also loves that there is no time-wasting “busy work” that takes up so much of a standard school day. For a kid with ADHD and only so much bandwidth to focus, he found it really frustrating using up that energy on tasks that seem designed to fill time or drill on skills he’d already mastered. We love Pivot!
