At Pivot, this team is led by Enrollment Specialist Shannon Mallory with the support of seven committed staff members: Adrian Heredia, Anna Toso, Bill Calleja, Cynthia Patino, Estefany Corsini, Jess Hughes and Joelle Tucker.
